Advance Medical Care Directives
One of the most important parts of your estate plan is your instruction for medical care in the event that you cannot make medical decisions for yourself. Often referred to as a “living will,” an advance medical care directive allows you to specify the level of medical care that is right for you. With an advance medical care provision in your medical power of attorney, your designated patient advocate will be empowered to guide your medical care when you are unable to participate in these important decisions.
